Cualquier emisor (Emisor Objeto de Inversión, EOI) puede emitir un Any issuer (Investment Object Issuer, EOI) can issue a debt instrument (according to the current legal system) or shares and offer the same for sale directly to a closed investment fund to obtain financing. The Fund may acquire said value, according to its own evaluation and market conditions, following the provisions of its investment policy and internal regulations.
